Q: What makes your vacation rental special?
A: There are a limited number of pet friendly pool homes this close to the major theme parks. We have been told that it is an incredible value. We strive to provide the conveniences you have at home and more. The home is fully furnished with major grocery and shopping outlets less than a mile away. Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets and a super Walmart are just 1/2 mile away. Publix grocery store is 1.5 miles away.
Come home after an active day out, take a dip in the pool and enjoy a relaxing dinner in a comfortable home. This is affordable luxury aimed at providing you with a vacation of a lifetime!
Q: Does the home come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own?
A: The home will be equipped with all the basic necessities. All the beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towels will be provided. If you would like beach towels, we recommend bringing those with you.
Q: What items can I expect to find in the home?
A: The home is fully furnished and we provide a few items to get you started, including: shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher pacs/pods, kitchen trash bags, and small trash can liners. If there is something specific that you require, please make sure you bring it with you.
Q: What is your pet policy?
A: Pets are welcome with special consideration. We can accommodate up to 4. The fee is $35 per week, per pet. A full list of "Pet Rules" is provided as needed.
Q: What should I know about pool heat?
A: Pool heat is a wonderful way to enhance your stay. Here is some information we like to provide for guests that are considering it. Pool heat is optional and available for an additional charge of $30.00 per day plus tax.. It must be ordered for the entire stay to maintain the integrity of the pool temperature. Q: Can we book for a shorter time frame rather than the 3 night minimum stay?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight or 2 night stays. The reason for this is because Miller Mouse House, LLC covers the professional cleaning fees prior to check in and at check out. Having the 3 night minimum allows us to cover this so that the expense is not passed on to our guests.
Q:What's the coolest nearby activity?
A: The parks are the most popular attraction including Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios and the water parks. There are over 10 golf courses nearby as well. There are a ton of attractions and activities throughout the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Q:How long does it take to drive to Disney World?
A:It is approximately 4 miles away and takes about 10 minutes to get to the Walt Disney World gates. One of our previous guests took a Lyft and it cost only $5 each way. Our video demonstrating the easy drive to Disney from Indian Wells is located on our home page. Please check it out!

Q: How close are you to the airports?
A: Orlando International Airport is 18 miles away and Sanford International is 48 miles away.
Q: Is there a management company available if needed during my stay?
A: Yes, while we don't anticipate you'll need assistance, the property is managed by Sun n Fun USA (The check in process and your stay are designed to be very straightforward and simple.) Both the property manager and owner (Mike and I) are available should you have questions or need tips.
Q: What is the neighborhood like?
A: The neighborhood is called Indian Wells. It is a part rental - part residential community that is recognized as being the most centrally located of all the villa estates in the area. There are back-door routes taking you into Walt Disney World and SeaWorld, as well as easy access to Interstate 4 for Universal Studios; if you are looking to visit the parks, then this is the location for you. Indian Wells is also the closest villa community to International Drive and the Orange County Convention Center - making it a refreshing alternative to staying in a hotel on business. Overall, this peaceful community offers 2 and 3 bedroom villas built around a lake, with excellent access to all major attractions, shops, outlets and restaurants.
Community facilities include a large gated pool, tennis courts, as well as a basketball court, picnic area and children's play area in the park. For less taxing activities, take a walk around the park and lake and feed the ducks.

A: It's very simple.

2.) We will email you a quote and some general information. Review and decide if you would like to move forward.
3.) If you do, great! We are able to secure the dates you want with a completed, signed reservation form which we'll provide to you and a deposit (20% of the total due -minimum of $200) The balance is due no later than 8 weeks from your check in date.
